What is expected of our agents, who will be making calls on our behalf, representing our company?
Honesty and integrity. It has been accepted by each of our agents, that a client’s database is for their sole use only, and may not be shared with any 3rd party.
Each agent has signed an agreement with us, whereby they may not approach your company privately for employment. Please don’t put them in a compromising position by offering them a job
How are calling hours tracked?
Hours are tracked by agents logging-in to the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
We also discuss your expectations ahead of time, so that you are familiar with how many calls on average are connected with per hour.
Time is spent capturing the result of each call within the on-line database, of which you too will have access at any time.
How are we billed?
The payment procedure is as follows:
R1600 excl VAT, and is payable within 30 days from invoice
Is everything included in the quoted hourly rate?
Yes, provided our agents call your database / list of clients.
We are also able to source names / contact numbers for making calls, based on your specific target market.
Attaining these databases are subject to an additional cost
Where do you get names / contact numbers for making calls?
Where possible, you can provide us with your client contact details that you would like us to follow-up on.
If it is cold calls that we will be making, in order to promote your business, services and products, then we would discuss with you as to your target market, so that we can best focus on your ideal client focus.
Names, contact details etc would need to be purchased separately as an additional cost. These names become your property, and could all be entered into the database (or you could choose that only clients who warrant being captured, as they indicate that a future call is required, will be captured for later follow-up)
Names can be specific to a region, age group and job description.
Clients can be called directly, as well as a preceding marketing campaign via e-mail with your product offering
Can I get assistance for designing / developing a script?
